Recently I came across this wonderful PDF utility called PDF-XChange Viewer, which is loaded with features. It resembles the interface of Adobe Acrobat and hence using this would not be a problem even for naive users. Interesting part is that there are lot of features embedded in this free software like Comments tool, highlight tool etc. These were one of the most sought after tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader. PDF XChange Viewer gives users more options than its competition, allowing for more in-depth mark-ups. Amazingly the installed program with all features of Adobe Reader would only be 25 MB vs 85 MB of Adobe Reader!!
